Your booking, your choice

Musa, a Muse Nexus LLC service, offers optional recurring SMS messages about your booking: enrollment confirmation, event reminders, cancellations or reinstatements, date changes, and rebooking notices. These messages do not include marketing.

Sign up on your ticket page by selecting the SMS consent checkbox and choosing “Enable texts.” You must control the phone number attached to your booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Declining texts does not affect your tickets. SMS and WhatsApp are separate choices.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your booking and changes to the event. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about those charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Check your ticket page for the latest booking details if a message does not arrive.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to stop SMS messages from the sender. Reply HELP for help. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation. You can also turn off texts for this booking on your ticket page. A message already being sent may still arrive.

Reply START to allow texts from the same sender again. Booking preferences still On may resume. Review or turn off each booking’s preference on its ticket page. If a preference is Off, select the consent checkbox and “Enable texts” again for that booking. START alone does not give consent for a new booking.
