Information used for updates

We use the phone number attached to your booking, your booking and event details, and your SMS preference. We record your consent or withdrawal, when the preference changed, the disclosure version, and message delivery status. Messages may contain the event name, a booking notice, and a private link to your tickets.

We use this information to provide the updates you choose, honor your preferences, and investigate delivery problems. A private ticket link provides access to your booking; keep it private.

Service providers and marketing

Messaging service providers and mobile carriers process the phone number and message content needed to deliver updates. We use service providers to store booking-update records and receive delivery results.

We do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary processing by service providers to operate and deliver this messaging program is separate from marketing use.

Your choices

SMS updates are optional and are not required to buy or use your tickets. Turn off texts for this booking on your ticket page, or reply STOP to stop texts from the sender. A message already being sent may still arrive. Turning off updates does not delete your booking or its records.

Message frequency varies with your booking and event changes. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
