Your whole counter, on one screen.
Sign in and it’s all there. Agents sell and follow up. Managers also accept operator terms, see statements, review shifts and run the team.
Bookings
Find open times across your operators by date and party size, hold seats and send the guest the operator’s payment link. See your commission on each hold, pull up tickets and release holds. Refunds on paid bookings come from the operator, and managers check numbered statements.
Guest itineraries
Line up one guest’s day across several operators. Each activity is its own booking, with its own checkout and cancellation. Print the guest a clean itinerary, without your margins or staff notes.
Supplier follow-up
When a booking needs a confirmation from the operator, assign it, set a deadline and record the answer. Late replies and cancelled bookings stand out, so nothing waits quietly.
Shift & closeout
Open each shift with a cash count and count again at close. Your manager accepts the count or sends it back, and a closed shift keeps its figures. Later corrections sit beside them, never over them.
Team
Create an invitation link for each staff member and share it with them yourself. Each link works only for the email address you enter. Staff who are new to Musa ask us for an account first. Managers set roles and remove access, and a desk always keeps at least one manager.
02Selling access
Operators say yes, then you sell.
Share your desk code with the operators you sell for. Each one offers selling access on their terms, and you accept before your first booking. If an operator changes your rate later, a manager may need to accept it before you sell again.
- Commission rate
- Your rate on each booking you sell.
- What you can sell
- Everything the operator has public, or only the dates and times they pick.
- Holds
- How many holds and seats on hold you can have at once.
- Voucher numbers
- Whether every booking needs your voucher number.
- How you settle up
- Agreed between you and the operator, and recorded in Musa.
- Payment terms
- How many days after a statement payment is due.
03Good to know
Straight answers, up front.
Here’s where the workspace stops today, so nobody at your counter is surprised.
- Each activity on an itinerary is paid for separately. There’s no single combined charge for an itinerary.
- Musa doesn’t book with suppliers for you. Supplier follow-up is the record your staff keep when they confirm a booking.
- Musa doesn’t post charges to your hotel’s property system.
- Coming soon: text and WhatsApp updates for your guests, and tickets they can add to their phone’s wallet.
04Better together
Desks and operators bring each other.
Each operator who joins Musa can bring the desks that already sell for them. Tell us which operators you sell for, and which ones you’d like to see on Musa.
Not ready for the workspace? An operator can give your desk a private, read-only link to your bookings, commission and statements with them. Links expire, and the operator can turn one off at any time.
