Sound Bath with Horses

Arrive early for optional stretch and breathwork at 4:10 PM, 20 minutes before the 4:30 PM sound bath. Join Jīvā and Gia, two sound practitioners, for a sound bath with crystal and metal singing bowls, two gongs, a frame drum, crystal chimes and a rain stick. Settle onto a blanket in the grass, breathe slowly and listen. Time near the horses can feel grounding. There’s time to say hello before and after the sound bath; during the session they stay nearby, on the other side of a fence. You don’t need any experience — just come as you are. Reserving is free. At the gathering there’s a suggested donation of $20, $40 or $60. Nobody is turned away. Bring a blanket or mat, a pillow, warm layers and water. The stables ask every guest to sign their horse waiver; you’ll get the link after you book.
