For 1–20 guests: 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Offer 3 dates/times at least 2 days ahead, in half-hours. Mon/Tue/Thu 5–8pm; Fri–Sun 8am–8pm; no Wed. Allow 150 minutes around horse gatherings. We confirm availability; a $100 deposit holds your booking once the date is agreed.
